Description

Berber Entrance Mats 

  • Heavy needle punched, Polypropylene fabric has 52 oz/sq.yd. face weight.
  • Berber Entrance Mats are designed for high traffic, indoor and outdoor use.
  • Rubber backing.
  • Provides a slip-resistant surface which effectively removes tough dirt, grime and water from feet.
  • Stain resistant and easy to clean! Simply vacuum, steam clean, extraction clean or hose off.
  • Available in 6′ and 12′ rolls or custom sizes and shapes (to the nearest inch) up to 12′ x 50′. (minimum mat size of 36″ x 36″ required)
  • Lead-time is 10 production days.
  • Can be produced without PVC edging for inserting carpet into recessed areas.
  • Please note that mat sizes may vary by an inch or two depending on the size.
  • Widths of less than 12′ will be seamed and then cut to the appropriate width.
  • SPECIAL LENGTHS – May be ordered up to 50′. Special size mats are available in one inch increments.
  • Custom size and shape mats are available in sizes up to 12′ x 50′. Custom Mats allow you to order mats of various shapes, sizes and without PVC commercial edging. Call for a quote.
  • Also available with logos. Call for information and a quote.

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Berber Logo Roll Good mats are produced using an inlay process, where colored material is cut and pieced together by hand before pressing into rubber. As a result, there are very strict design requirements for this product.
Minimum Text Height: 2″ (includes lower case text)
Minimum Line Thickness: 1/4″
Additional Notes:

The text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

Any space between letters or design elements must be at a minimum 1/4″.

Gradients, tints, screens and transpariences are not supported and should not be used.

    Looking for something a bit LARGER for your application? We can produce a 10′ x 10′ mat (larger sizes available) with your company name or message in-laid into the carpet (carpet in carpet). You can BUY carpet with your name/logo on it for about the same cost as renting carpet at one trade show event! Additionally, these extra large mats are perfect for dealerships, large lobbies, schools and any other location that offers a lot of space to showcase your company name or image. Please note that anything over 6′ wide will require a seam that may or may not be visible.
