For drainage mats, our WorkSafe Drainage Mat provides superior flow-through and anti-fatigue comfort! ErgoDeck Cable Bridge Kit covers exposed cables and hoses in the industrial work place that pose trip hazards. A common “fix” is using tape or other temporary alternatives. ErgoDeck® Cable Bridge kits contains all the components necessary for long lasting trip prevention. This system allows easy wheeled cart access and the electric blue color calls attention to the location of cables, hoses and wires. Static electricity is created by two materials rubbing together, and seeks a path to ground — often through the human body or through sensitive, conductive equipment. The best way to eliminate these risks is to create a static-dissipative environment. ErgoDeck ESD Modular Flooring when used over conductive sub-flooring defends against fatigue and static shock that could compromise the quality of your products and sensitive equipment. Made of a proprietary TPO/Carbon blend, the ESD properties are throughout the entire tile. No snaps or additional grounding is necessary when used over conductive flooring. Positive interlocks stay secure, ensuring areas of any size are protected when installed wall-to-wall, ramps and corners aren’t necessary. For transition areas use ErgoDeck’s standard, universal ramps.

ErgoDeck Flooring Comfort Tiles provides a “rubber-like” resilience underfoot with its spring-back design. Each tile is specifically designed to cushion the impact of long-term standing for workers and improve productivity. ErgoDeck Comfort Open Grid is especially suitable for areas where liquids come into play and must be drained off quickly. ErgoDeck Comfort Solid is especially suited to work areas that remain relatively dry, or have slight over spray. The raised surface design delivers substantial traction. Both surfaces are available in black or charcoal.
ErgoDeck Flooring General Purpose (GP) is designed for medium duty environments where comfort and stability are a must! ErgoDeck GP is a more resilient version of the original ErgoDeck Heavy-Duty and is specifically designed to increase worker productivity. The combination of the softer compound (in a 68 durometer) and the Flex-points on the underside provide flexibility underfoot and long-term worker comfort. Designed to create “a floor above a floor“, ErgoDeck GP, 18″ x 18″ x 7/8” thick, tiles can cover large and custom-sized areas, while hiding unsightly floor blemishes and hazards. ErgoDeck GP Tiles are available in Solid or Open (Drainage) design with or without GritShield for added traction. ErgoDeck Flooring GP – White is designed for common areas and added comfort! It is a more resilient version of the original ErgoDeck Heavy-Duty and is specifically designed to increase worker productivity in wet or dry applications. ErgoDeck General Purpose – White floor tiles are Silicone free and designed for “body in white” applications, where metal forms are painted and inspected. The extremely light color of ErgoDeck GP White reflects the light rather than absorbing it. As the light bounces off the tiles, it highlights blemishes in the paint.
ErgoDeck Flooring Heavy Duty (HD) is a dependable, ergonomic floor that will withstand extreme use from heavy cart and foot traffic.The patented LockSafe Positive Interlocking System delivers secure connections. Perfect for lean manufacturing, ErgoDeck Flooring Heavy Duty tiles can be unlocked and re-positioned as work centers change to fit customer needs. The underside box-spring design provides structural support and impact absorption for health and productivity, even in multi-shift operations. ErgoDeck Flooring No-Slip Cleats are designed for applications that require optimal anti-slip traction! The ErgoDeck Integrated No-slip cleat Solid surface design for where ease of maintenance is a priority. Ideal for use in areas where small parts drop to the floor. The Open Grid cleated design is for use in wet, non-greasy or dry areas where small debris or fluids are present. The larger openings provide excellent flow through. The Integrated PVC cleat is ideal for most applications that normally would use a gritted surface product but require additional traction. ErgoDeck Flooring Smooth is ideal for cart traffic and pivoting. ErgoDeck Flooring Smooth is a high performance anti-fatigue surface that makes rolling, stopping and starting movements easier than ever. Soft mats that will tend to deform under load, but ErgoDeck Smooth features a firm, lightly textured surface that delivers a smooth surface for rolling on without compromising traction. Optional 6″ wide ramps are cart friendly, allowing easy on-off access for light carts and chairs with PVC wheels. Available in General Purpose and Heavy Duty composition.

The open-hole design allows for quick drainage and prevents overflow providing a drier and safer area for workers and improved traction. Emergency workstation mats are ready to assemble out-of-the box and ready to protect your workers immediately. Red tiles indicate the emergency shower station and green tiles indicate the emergency eyewash station.
FIT Interlocking Comfort Deck tiles has the surface pattern of our popular Comfort Deck matting combined with all the benefits of our F.I.T. Modular Flooring. The highly textured surface design, like former Comfort Deck, provides extra traction in wet and slippery conditions.
