Diamond-Plate Switchboard matting is the newest version of high-performance non-conductive matting. Designed to protect personnel in areas with dangerous high-voltage equipment, it can insulate against as much as 30,000 volts of electricity. Its unique diamond-embossed surface is easily cleaned and will not collect contaminants. Diamond-Plate Switchboard matting conforms to ANSI/ASTM D-178-01 Type 2, Class II.
The Foundation modular platform system makes elevating workers simpler and faster than ever. Unlike traditional plywood work platforms, the Foundation platform, built on a solid aluminum frame, is completely customizable. It can be fit to match the area around the work space to elevate workers to the proper working height. The platform system keeps workers safe and healthier by raising the work surface above tripping hazards, wet slippery areas and exposed wires. Heights are available from 4″ to 12″. The diamond plate tile is 18″ x 18″ and allows superior traction when required for slippery areas, keeping workers safe and upright.
The Foundation system is more economical than traditional built platforms and adds the convenience of being easy to reconfigure as needs change.

ErgoDeck Cable Bridge Kit by Wearwell® covers exposed cables and hoses in the industrial work place that pose trip hazards. A common “fix” is using tape or other temporary alternatives. ErgoDeck® Cable Bridge kits contains all the components necessary for long lasting trip prevention. The textured surface provides even more traction in wet areas. And the smooth, clean drainage holes and underside knobs continue to allow water, debris and shavings to flow through and under the mat. Available in stock sizes for individual workstations. We also offer a Nitrile Rubber compound with a yellow safety border for working areas that deal with Petroleum-based fluids.

The POWERHOUSE Cable Protection system by Wearwell® keeps hoses and cables safely secured under the secure Lid-lock feature with hidden hinges protecting pedestrian traffic from possible trip hazards and also potential damage to cables. The POWERHOUSE cable protection system is designed to turn. The 22.5° left or right turning pieces allow you to safely route your cables around corners without forming unsafe angles and keeping cables from kinking. Brightly colored, high traction yellow lids offer high visibility for safety and quick recognition. The cable protectors can withstand a capacity load up to 20,000 lbs of pressure per tire! The Powerhouse cable straight protector is available in three different load rating designs depending on the size of the cable diameter required. The straight protector and the left/right turns are available in 3 or 5 channels.
