Welding mats are an important safety addition to any work area where welding, metal cutting, brazing or grinding is performed. Welding mats and welding safety mats are specially formulated and designed to repel sparks and hot metal shards. Without a welding mat in the working area, hot sparks can burn holes in floor surfaces or ignite a fire. All of our welding mats are designed with worker safety in mind first, but also worker comfort. 24/Seven® ESD LockSafe® interlocking tiles by Wearwell® eliminates static, while providing an ergonomic worksurface for your team to perform. The 770 ESD rubber mats can cover large work areas and placed directly on top of a conductive coating or floor surface which eliminates the need for grounding cords. The 24/Seven LockSafe®, “positive interlock” design, allows the rubber ESD tiles to lock-in, while remaining easy to rip for reconfiguration. The LockSafe® connection also allows the assembled mats to be rolled up for storage.

Grip-R non-slip coating is a water-based, eco-bio friendly formula to prevent movement or slipping in a wide range of surfaces including anti -fatigue mats, ergo mats, rugs, floor mats, and carpet tiles. Grip-R is applied to the underside of the mat or rug. Hog Heaven anti-fatigue mats are constructed of a solid Nitrile rubber surface with a closed-cell Nitrile/PVC cushion backing and offers exceptional Anti-Fatigue matting. This surface offers better chemical resistance along with textured surface for superior slip resistance. Ideal for any anti-fatigue area.
