Custom sizes are available up to 6′ wide and 23′ long. Custom lengths over 23′ up to 40′ are available with an additional surcharge. We now have the capability of producing logo mats up to 12′ wide and 20′ long. Call for pricing. Please allow for a 2-3″ tolerance on mat sizes. Actual dimensions are slightly less. Lead-time is 5-7 days.

*ColorStar Logo mats are also available with a vinyl backing instead of SBR rubber. A rubber backing is better for longevity of the mat. A vinyl backed mat is slightly more economical. DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
ColorStar Impressions logo mats are produced using a layering process of color.  Colors are matched to our standard pallet of 60 colors.  PMS color matching is not available.
Minimum Text Height: 1″ for serif fonts and 1/2″ for sans serif fonts
Minimum Line Thickness: 1/8″ except for white & light colors which should be at least 1/4″
Additional Notes: The text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

Light background colors should be avoided due to their tendency to show dirt on the mat more than a darker or neutral tone.

We also advise against the use of screens, tints and transparencies in the design because they are not easily converted to our color pallet.

Cleaning

Maintenance Recommendations
. Vacuum Daily
Interior mats are constructed with either nylon or olefin surfaces designed to wipe residual soil, dust and moisture from shoes. They are most effective when used in conjunction with high performance entrance mats. They should be vacuumed daily using either a dry or wet/dry vacuum.
2. Routine Maintenance
As needed, interior mats should be cleaned and/or spot cleaned using a neutral cleaner followed by rinsing. If the mat becomes wet during the cleaning process, it should be allowed to dry thoroughly before returning to service. Nylon mats will require a longer drying period and should be positioned where they can drain during the drying process.
3. Deep Cleaning
Interior mats can be deep cleaned using any method used for carpeted floors. Andersen recommends using a neutral, solvent free cleaner if possible. In the event a solvent is used for removing oil, grease, or gum type spots, take care to thoroughly rinse the solvent from the mat before it is allowed to dry for return to service.
4. Floor Preparation
As with entrance mats, prior to the mat being put back into service, Andersen recommends that the floor where the mat will be placed be cleaned to remove dust and dirt. This will allow the mat to grip the floor more effectively reducing mat movement with traffic.
